Breathing for Junior Athletes (8–16)
Ā
Breathing for Junior Athletes is a 10-hour applied course designed for coaches, practitioners, and parents who want to confidently support junior athletes using breathing — safely, ethically, and effectively.
The course goes beyond teaching techniques. Learners develop a clear understanding of why, when, and when not to use breathing in junior sport, ensuring breathing becomes a supportive tool rather than something forced, confusing, or misused.
Course Structure Overview
By the end of the course, learners are equipped to guide junior athletes calmly and effectively under pressure — helping breathing become a normal, trusted part of preparation, performance, and recovery, rather than a last-minute fix.
