Breathing for Junior Athletes is a science-led, real-world course designed to help adults working in junior sport confidently and safely apply breathing techniques to support performance, emotional regulation, recovery, and long-term resilience.
Junior athletes are experiencing pressure earlier than ever. Selection, competition, expectations, and modern environments place increasing demands on developing nervous systems. While technical and physical development are prioritised, the ability to regulate under pressure is often overlooked.
Breathing sits at the intersection of physiology, psychology, and the nervous system. When applied correctly, it becomes one of the most effective tools for supporting junior athletes under pressure. When applied poorly, it can increase anxiety, dysregulation, and confusion.
This course bridges that gap.
