Through education and guided practice, participants build a clearer understanding of how these systems affect the way they feel, perform, and recover. This stage creates the foundation for effective change.

APPLICATION:
The next stage focuses on applying these tools in practical settings. Participants learn and practice breathing techniques, movement, focus strategies, and recovery methods they can use in training, competition, work, and everyday life. The emphasis is on using these skills effectively under pressure.
